Recipes include list of ingredients and very detailed instructions on how to prepare the dish. No pictures and no nutritional information.
Recipes do appear to be healthy choices of fresh food. Not sure what they are considering a serving size for some of the products as we measure things in ounces.
I love the book and the recipes look fantastic! I especially want to try the chicken apple sausage on my own... I would like to get away from all processed foods. Thanks for this book offer!!
